Staying at a hotel near Vancouver International Airport, or working at a business on Sea Island? Green Express delivers cannabis to street addresses in the YVR area, with same-day delivery available 24/7. It’s a practical option for overnight stays, early departures and anyone who keeps airport hours.
The airport sits on Sea Island, which is part of the City of Richmond, so delivery here works the same way as in the rest of Richmond. There are a few airport-specific points to know, though, and they’re covered below.

Where we deliver around the airport
We deliver to street addresses only. Around YVR, that typically means:
- Airport-area hotels: hotels on Sea Island and in Richmond’s nearby Bridgeport and City Centre areas, a short drive from the airport. Give the hotel name, street address, your name and a phone number so the driver can reach you.
- Businesses on Sea Island: offices, hangars, warehouses and other workplaces with a street address. Note that employers and hotels may have their own policies on cannabis.
- Burkeville: the small residential neighbourhood on Sea Island, which gets the same service as any home address.
We do not deliver inside the terminal buildings, to departure or arrival areas, to gates or to aircraft. Please don’t place an order expecting to meet a driver at the terminal.
Sea Island addresses use the postal prefix V7B. Most airport hotels across the bridge in Richmond use V6X or V6Y.
Travelling with cannabis
If you’re flying, it’s your responsibility to follow federal rules on travelling with cannabis, as well as your airline’s policies. Taking cannabis across the Canadian border is illegal, whether you’re leaving or entering Canada and whatever the law is at your destination. The Government of Canada explains the rules on its cannabis and international travel page.

About Sea Island
Sea Island lies at the mouth of the Fraser River’s North Arm, between Vancouver and the rest of Richmond. Most of the island is taken up by Vancouver International Airport, with Burkeville, a neighbourhood first built in the 1940s for aviation workers, tucked beside it. The Canada Line has three stops on the island, and bridges connect it to Vancouver’s Marpole area and to central Richmond.
