The delivery area covers both the City of Langley and the Township of Langley: the downtown core, Willowbrook, Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Murrayville, Brookswood, Fort Langley and Aldergrove. You can browse the menu, or check your postal code to see whether your address is inside the delivery area.

City of Langley vs Township of Langley
“Langley” is really two municipalities. The City of Langley is a compact urban centre of about 10 square kilometres that became its own municipality on March 15, 1955. Its neighbour, the Township of Langley, was incorporated at Fort Langley in 1873 and is far larger, with about 145,000 residents (2022) living in urban centres such as Aldergrove, Brookswood-Fernridge, Fort Langley, Murrayville, Walnut Grove and Willoughby-Willowbrook, as well as a wide rural area.
Each has its own council and its own bylaws, yet many addresses in both are written simply as “Langley, BC”. If you are not sure which one you live in, check a property tax notice or ask the City or the Township. Here is why it matters:
- Local smoking rules are different. The City and the Township each have their own rules on where people may smoke. The details are in the rules section further down.
- The delivery steps are the same. The age requirement applies in both municipalities.
- Rural addresses need more detail. The Township includes a wide rural area, where long driveways and gates are common. A clear civic address and directions to the door make a difference.

Ordering in Langley
Ordering is not open yet. A Langley order works like this:
- Check your postal code. Langley addresses in the delivery area start with V3A, V2Y, V2Z, V1M or V4W, and the postal code check confirms whether an address is covered.
- Choose products from the menu.
- Pay by Interac e-Transfer or cash on delivery.
- Meet the driver at your door. The person accepting the order must be 19 or older.
- Receive your order in opaque, sealed packaging. If no adult can accept it, it is not left at the door or in a mailbox; it goes back to the store the same day.

Langley cannabis rules
Provincial rules apply in both the City and the Township. In BC you must be 19 or older to buy, possess or use non-medical cannabis. Adults can carry up to 30 grams of dried cannabis, or its equivalent, in public, according to the Province’s possession and purchasing limits. Health Canada’s possession limit calculator converts other product forms into their dried equivalent.
The Province bans smoking and vaping cannabis at playgrounds, sports fields, skate parks and pools, in municipal and regional parks except designated areas, on or near school properties, and within six metres of bus stops, transit shelters, and the doors, windows and air intakes of public buildings and workplaces. Consuming cannabis in a vehicle is against the law for drivers and passengers alike. The full list is on the Province’s where you can consume page. City of Langley
The City’s Smoking Regulation Bylaw No. 2792 includes cannabis in its definition of smoking. Under it, smoking is not allowed within six metres of any door, window or air intake of a building, in transit shelters, on patios and other areas where food or alcohol is served or within six metres of them, or in a vehicle for hire. Smoking cannabis is also not allowed in any vehicle, or in areas that may be used by children, including City parks and public facilities.
Township of Langley
The Township’s Public Spaces Regulation Bylaw No. 6059 prohibits smoking in parks, playgrounds, recreational facilities, trails and school spaces unless an area has been specifically designated for it. A Township notice about its public spaces rules says smoking in all forms, including tobacco, cannabis and e-cigarettes, is prohibited in Township public spaces except where designated.

Langley delivery questions
Will Aldergrove be included?
Yes. Aldergrove is part of the delivery area. It sits at the eastern end of the Township of Langley, and its postal codes start with V4W, which is on our prefix list. Ordering is not open yet, but you can check your postal code now.
Will you deliver in Fort Langley?
Fort Langley is in the delivery area. We deliver to homes and other street addresses in and around the village, but not to the riverfront, parks, trails or other public places. The person accepting the order must be 19 or older.
What about rural Township addresses and acreages?
On acreages and farm properties, a house number that is visible from the road and clear directions to the door help, because orders can’t be left at a gate, in a mailbox or at the end of a driveway.
Is anything different if I live in the City rather than the Township?
