Areas we cover
The delivery area takes in all six of Surrey’s communities. Postal codes do not line up exactly with neighbourhood boundaries, so the postal code check is the quickest way to confirm a specific address.
| Neighbourhood | What to know |
|---|---|
| Whalley / City Centre | Much of City Centre is apartment and condo towers. Include your unit number and buzzer code with your address. |
| Guildford | Covers the Guildford Town Centre area and the residential streets around it. |
| Fleetwood | Mostly residential streets and townhouse complexes. Include the complex name and unit number with your address. |
| Newton | Includes Panorama Ridge. |
| Cloverdale | Includes the town centre and rural Cloverdale. See the question on rural addresses below. |
| Clayton | Part of the Cloverdale community, next to the Langley border. See the note below. |
| South Surrey | Includes Grandview Heights, Morgan Creek, Ocean Park, Crescent Beach and the Semiahmoo area. See the note below. |
| Campbell Heights | Mainly a business and industrial area, so most addresses are workplaces. |
South Surrey and the White Rock border
Ocean Park, Crescent Beach, Grandview Heights, Morgan Creek and the Semiahmoo Town Centre area are all in the City of Surrey, even though many people think of them as White Rock. The City of White Rock is a separate municipality with V4B postal codes, and it has its own White Rock delivery page. Near Crescent Beach and the waterfront, delivery goes to a street address only, never to the beach or a park.
Clayton and the Langley border
Clayton and eastern Cloverdale sit next to Langley. If your address is on the Langley side of the line, see our Langley delivery page, which covers both the City and the Township of Langley.

Surrey cannabis rules
Provincial law sets the basics, and the City of Surrey adds its own rules on smoking and on where stores can open. For a plain-language summary covering all three cities, see our guide to cannabis rules in Surrey, Langley and White Rock.
- You must be 19 or older to buy, possess or use non-medical cannabis in BC.
- Adults can carry up to 30 grams of dried cannabis, or its equivalent, in a public place.
- Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any Surrey park. Provincial rules also ban smoking or vaping cannabis at playgrounds, sports fields, skate parks and pools, and in, on or near school properties.
- Surrey’s smoking rules apply to anything lit, not only tobacco. They ban smoking in buildings open to the public, in customer service areas such as restaurant and pub patios, in taxis, on buses, at bus shelters, and within 7.5 metres of any door, window or air intake of a building.
- In BC, drivers and passengers cannot consume cannabis in a vehicle, whether it is moving or parked. Narrow exceptions apply, such as a parked motor home or camper used as a residence in a designated camping area.
- Landlords and strata corporations can restrict or ban smoking or growing cannabis on their properties.
For retail, Surrey Council endorsed a cannabis retail policy framework in April 2024 that allows up to two stores in each of Surrey’s six communities. Stores are allowed only in areas designated City Centre, Town Centre or Commercial in the Official Community Plan, at least 200 metres from public and provincially funded independent schools, City community and recreation centres, and existing cannabis retail or production locations. Each location needs a site-specific rezoning with a public hearing.
More detail is on the City’s property use bylaws page and on the Province of BC pages on where you can consume cannabis, possession and purchasing limits and delivering cannabis.
