Richmond neighbourhoods on our route
Richmond is mostly flat and laid out on a grid of numbered roads, which makes most addresses easy to reach. We deliver to every part of the city, including:
City Centre and the Canada Line corridor
The busiest part of Richmond runs along No. 3 Road, from Bridgeport in the north through Aberdeen and Lansdowne to Brighouse. Much of the housing here is high-rise and mid-rise, so building names, unit numbers and buzzer codes make a real difference to how quickly a delivery is completed.
Steveston and the south
In the southwest we cover Steveston village and the waterfront, along with nearby Seafair, Broadmoor, Gilmore and the Ironwood area near Steveston Highway and No. 5 Road. Shellmont and the residential streets south of Williams Road are included as well.
West and north Richmond
On the west side, deliveries reach Terra Nova and the Thompson area near the dyke, plus Blundell in the middle of the island. To the north, we serve West Cambie and East Cambie, which sit between City Centre and the Fraser River’s North Arm.
East Richmond and Hamilton
East Richmond is largely farmland and blueberry fields, while Hamilton sits at the island’s eastern tip next to Queensborough. Rural properties can sometimes be hard to spot from the road, so please add any directions in the order notes.
Sea Island
Sea Island, home to Vancouver International Airport and the Burkeville neighbourhood, is part of Richmond too. Details for the airport area, including where we can and can’t deliver, are on our Vancouver Airport (YVR) page.
Richmond postal codes
Richmond addresses use eight postal prefixes: V6V, V6W, V6X, V6Y, V7A, V7B, V7C and V7E. V7B is the prefix for Sea Island, and V6X and V6Y take in much of City Centre. Because postal codes are drawn around mail routes, not neighbourhood lines, the most reliable check is simply entering your full address at checkout.
On the menu
Richmond customers can order from every section of the shop:
- Flower: dried cannabis, organized by strain.
- Edibles: gummies and other packaged edible products.
- THC pens: all-in-one disposable pens and replaceable cartridges.
- Concentrates: extracts such as hash and shatter.
- Pre-rolls and accessories: pre-rolled flower along with papers, grinders and similar items.
What’s in stock changes often, so the shop is the place to see current options.
About Richmond
Richmond is an island city at the mouth of the Fraser River, home to more than 200,000 people. Most of it sits on Lulu Island, with Sea Island to the northwest and a number of smaller islands in the river. The North Arm of the Fraser separates it from Vancouver, and the South Arm separates it from Delta.
The Canada Line links Richmond’s City Centre with Vancouver and the airport, and No. 3 Road is the city’s main commercial street. Steveston, once a busy fishing and canning village, is home to the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site, and the Richmond Olympic Oval, built for the 2010 Winter Games, stands beside the river near City Centre. Large parts of the city are protected by dykes, and the dyke trails along the west and south shores are popular for walking and cycling.
