Who we are

How we operate
In BC, a cannabis retail licence is tied to a permanent, physical store, and a licensed store may deliver products that customers buy from it in person, online or by phone. Every Green Express order is prepared and sealed at our store and delivered from there to an address in one of our service areas.

What we stand for
Clear product information
We describe each product using the facts on its label, such as product type, THC and CBD amounts and package size, with no health claims. If you are new to edibles, our guide to starting low and going slow covers dosing basics and safe storage.
Responsible service
Our drivers deliver only to adults 19 and older and will not offer extra products at the door.
Privacy
Orders are packed in sealed, opaque packaging so the contents cannot be seen without opening it. We collect only what we need to check age, complete deliveries and keep those required records.
