This cannabis delivery FAQ explains how Green Express works across Metro Vancouver.
Ordering
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $10; there is no delivery fee on orders of $50 or more. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can an order go to a workplace or a hotel?
Orders go to the BC street address you enter at checkout. Before choosing a workplace or hotel address, check that your employer or the hotel allows cannabis on the premises.
Can you deliver to a park, beach or other public place?
No. Orders will only be delivered to BC street addresses, not to parks, beaches, piers or other public places.
Will the packaging show what is inside?
No. Orders are packed in opaque, sealed packaging, and BC rules require delivery orders to be prepared so the contents cannot be seen and the package cannot open in transit.
Payment
How will I pay?
Pay by Interac e-Transfer or cash on delivery.
Age
How old do I need to be?
You must be 19 or older. That is the minimum age in BC to buy, possess or use non-medical cannabis.
Who can accept an order at the door?
Whoever accepts the order must be 19 or older. If no one at the address can do that, the order will not be handed over and goes back to the store the same day.
Can the driver leave my order at the door?
No. An order that cannot be handed over goes back to the store the same day, as BC rules require.
Can the driver refuse to hand over an order?
Yes.
Products
How do I know how much THC and CBD a product contains?
Each product page lists its THC and CBD content, and federal labelling rules require the same information on the package.
Is there a separate CBD section on the menu?
No. The menu is grouped into flowers, edibles and gummies, concentrates, pre-rolls and accessories and THC pens, and the CBD content of each product is shown on its product page.
How much THC can an edible contain?
Federal rules limit edible cannabis to 10 mg of THC per package. If you are new to edibles, read Edibles 101: start low and go slow before choosing a product.
