Who can order from Green Express?
You must be 19 or older. We check valid government-issued photo ID at the door before handing over any order.
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but an account lets you track orders and reorder favourites in a few clicks.
How do I pay?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it leaves for delivery.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Surrey, Langley and White Rock. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery windows available to you.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders placed during business hours are delivered the same day. Your delivery window is shown at checkout.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
Minimum order amounts and any delivery fee depend on your address and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
No. Only the person who placed the order can accept it, and they must show valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.
What happens if I’m not home?
Orders can’t be left unattended. Your driver will contact you, and if we can’t complete the delivery the order returns to the store.
Products
Where do your products come from?
Every product is sourced from Health Canada licensed producers and labelled with its THC and CBD content.
How much can I buy at once?
Federal law limits adults to buying and carrying up to 30 grams of dried cannabis, or the equivalent in other products, at one time.
I’m new to edibles. Where should I start?
Start low and go slow. Health Canada suggests starting with 2.5 mg of THC or less and waiting before taking more, since edibles can take up to 2 hours to kick in. Read our Edibles 101 guide.
