How ordering works, step by step
Step 1: Browse and add to cart
Start in the shop and browse by category, such as flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates or edibles. Each product page shows the strain or type, THC and CBD details and the available sizes. Add what you want to your cart.

Potency varies between products, so if you are trying something new, start low.
Step 2: Enter your delivery address
At checkout, enter a BC street address inside our delivery area, including your unit or suite number if you have one. Checkout shows your item prices and the delivery fee before you confirm, so you see the full total up front.
Step 3: Choose how to pay
Pick Interac e-Transfer or cash on delivery. If you choose cash, you pay the driver when the order is handed to you.
Step 4: We pack your order
Products stay in their original, unopened packaging and go into a sealed, opaque outer package. Nothing is removed or opened before it reaches you.
Step 5: Receive it at the door
The driver brings the order to the address you entered. The person receiving it must be 19 or older. Drivers will not call or message you to add products to your order, and there is no extra fee to pay at the door.

If you are staying near the airport, remember that cannabis cannot leave the country with you. The Government of Canada’s cannabis and international travel page says it is illegal to take cannabis, including products containing cannabis, across the Canadian border without authorization, whether you are entering or leaving Canada.
Delivery hours: 24/7
Delivery is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. You can place an order whenever it suits you, and it is dispatched for same-day delivery.
Delivery fees
Delivery is a flat $10. There is no delivery fee on orders of $50 or more.

Payment options
We accept two payment methods:
- Interac e-Transfer: send the payment as instructed at checkout.
- Cash on delivery: pay the driver in cash when you receive your order. Having the exact amount ready helps the hand-off go quickly.
Age: 19+ only
In British Columbia, you must be 19 or older to buy, use or possess non-medical cannabis, according to the Province’s possession and purchasing limits page. Every Green Express order is for adults only:
- The person receiving the order must be 19 or older.
- Orders are handed to an adult at the address given at checkout and are not passed to anyone under 19.
- If no one 19 or older is available to accept the order, it goes back to the store the same day.
Tips for a smooth delivery
- Keep your phone on. The driver may need to reach you when they arrive, especially at a large building or complex.
- Add building details. Put your buzzer code, unit number, gate code or any entry instructions in the order notes.
- Double-check your address. A missing suite number or a typo in the street name is the most common cause of delays.
- Have cash ready if paying on delivery. Exact change keeps things moving.
- Turn on an outside light at night. It helps the driver find the right door.
- Be available. Orders must be handed to an adult 19 or older, so plan to be home or have another adult ready to receive it.
