Neighbourhoods we reach in Delta
Delta is spread out. Its three main communities are separated by farmland, Burns Bog and the highway corridors, so it helps to know which part of the city you’re in. We deliver to street addresses in all three, plus the industrial and rural land between them.
North Delta
North Delta sits on the ridge above the Fraser River and is the most populated part of the city. We cover Annieville, Sunshine Hills, Nordel, Scottsdale and the residential streets in between. Scott Road (120 Street) forms much of the boundary with Surrey: addresses on the west side are in Delta, while the east side belongs to Surrey and is covered on our Surrey delivery page.
Ladner
Ladner lies on the south bank near the mouth of the Fraser. Deliveries reach Ladner Village, Port Guichon at the west end, the newer subdivisions around the village and the farm roads of East Ladner. For a rural property, a short note about your driveway or gate at checkout makes the drop-off smoother.
Tsawwassen and Boundary Bay
In the southwest corner of Delta we deliver to Tsawwassen, including English Bluff, Pebble Hill and Beach Grove, as well as the small community of Boundary Bay to the east. Point Roberts, directly south of Tsawwassen, is part of the United States; we don’t deliver there, and taking cannabis across the Canadian border is illegal.
Tilbury and the industrial areas
Workplaces in Tilbury and along the river can order to their business street address. Add the company name and the entrance to use so the driver can find you quickly. Keep in mind that employers may have their own rules about cannabis on their premises.
Delta postal codes
Delta addresses begin with one of six postal prefixes: V4C and V4E cover North Delta, V4G covers Tilbury and parts of east Delta, V4K covers Ladner, and V4L and V4M cover Tsawwassen and the Boundary Bay side. Postal codes follow mail routes rather than neighbourhood names, so if you’re unsure, enter your full address at checkout and we’ll confirm it.

A few facts about Delta
Delta is a city of roughly 108,000 people on the south side of the Fraser River. Richmond lies to the north across the river, Surrey borders it to the east, and Boundary Bay and the Strait of Georgia shape its southern and western edges. The municipality, long known as the Corporation of Delta, officially became the City of Delta in 2017.
A large share of the land between North Delta and Ladner is Burns Bog, one of the largest raised peat bogs on the West Coast and a protected conservancy area. Highway 99 connects Ladner to Richmond through the George Massey Tunnel, the Alex Fraser Bridge on Highway 91 links North Delta with Richmond and New Westminster, and Highway 17 runs toward the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Because of those distances, a delivery to Tsawwassen and one to North Delta can travel quite different routes, which is why we ask for a complete address.

The delivery fee is $10. Orders of $50 or more have no delivery fee.
